Join our travel Flag Football team through Pop Warner Football/Cheerleading for boys and girls ages 5-7 age as of July 31st 2025. Learn the basic skills and agility of flag football through pop warner. Local travel to games as league members of North Jersey Pop Warner, teams a re formed from Essex and union counties. Games are held on Saturdays from the end of August- End of October. Pre season practice begins July 15th , players are required to 20 hours of conditioning before playing in games. During season practices are held weeknights Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm. No experience necessary

 

Players will be issued uniform and mouthguard. Players are required to provide cleats and athletic cup

Cheerleaders will be separated by age and skill to create teams.

Cheerleaders 5,6 & 7 will cheer on Saturdays, however there may be an occasional Sunday game.

Cheerleaders 8 & up will cheer on Sundays, however there may be an occasional Saturday game.

Every team will cheer sideline at football games and compete at cheer competitions.
