Parent Fundraising & Work Bond Agreement

This policy is an arrangement that the parent or any adult family member will volunteer the predetermined number of assignments for the organization throughout the current season and secures this agreement by submitting a post-dated check for November 1st in the amount of $100 to the organization upon registration.   

Each family that (1) fulfills the required volunteer assignments, (2) returns participant equipment/uniform in usable condition and (3) are in good financial standing with Montclair Bulldogs will have their check returned at the end of the season.

Equipment and uniforms MUST be returned in the same condition they were received.  Football helmets should not have stickers applied to them. In the event an error was made and stickers are applied, those stickers and glue must be removed before the equipment is returned.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND! Our goal is NOT to take money from you. Montclair Bulldogs is a volunteer based organization and parents are needed to assist in order to continue the great accomplishments of our program. As you know, with great success comes more responsibility.

We have mandated four (4) assignments are required to fulfill the work bond obligation.  It is the parent’s responsibility to “sign-in” at every event they are volunteering for.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the work bond program. 
 

Volunteer positions include, but are not limited to:

  • Head Coach
  • Assistant Coaches
  • Team Parent
  • Bulldog Fish Fry
  • Concessions (game day)
  • Cook's Game day
  • Field Set-up/break down
  • Field crew (down markers)
  • Bleacher Clean up
  • MPR Monitor (game day)
  • Powder Puff volunteer
  • Fundraising committee
  • Association Board Member
  • Selling Raffles
